I don't particularly like how this picture came out (taken on my phone) but it is a pretty cool sculpture. It was build in memory of the tornado victims of 1958. There is one of each of those progressively larger stones for the people who died during the storm.
The sculpture itself is a wind harp, and makes noise whenever the wind blows. You have to be pretty close to hear it, it's not a screeching sound through the neighborhood. It goes back and forth between melodic and discordant in a way that is strangely pleasant and symbolic.
